How early should we involve LiveFocus?

As soon as the venue and agenda begin taking shape. Early involvement helps prevent venue, power, rigging, internet and sightline limitations from becoming expensive last-minute changes.

Can you cover multiple breakout rooms at once?

Yes. We plan equipment and technician coverage room by room, then coordinate the entire program through a single production lead.

Do you travel for multi-day conferences?

Yes. New York, New Jersey and Connecticut are the core service area, with travel production for multi-day conferences and trade shows in markets including Washington, D.C. and Nashville.

Can you work with the venue’s in-house AV team?

Yes. We can provide complete production or coordinate with venue resources when that creates the best technical and financial plan.
