Case study · Global live broadcast

Three cities. Five days. One live broadcast.

For monday.com’s annual company event, we built and operated the New York studio inside its Manhattan office and connected it live with studios in Israel and London.

What the client needed

A full broadcast studio inside an active office

The main production was based in Israel. New York needed to contribute hosts, presentations and live conversations throughout the five-day event, without moving the team to an outside studio.

Before the build, we surveyed the Manhattan office and planned the stage, power, camera positions, production workspace, lighting, audio, video routing and every cable path required to operate safely around the existing office.

What we delivered

A complete studio, built in two days

We installed a stage, large LED wall, front and back lighting, four cameras, video switching and routing, wireless microphones, host IEMs, local PA, intercom and a production-control area.

The office remained recognizable, but the room now worked as a professional broadcast studio with space for a live audience.

How the studios worked together

Israel directed New York in real time

A global communications system connected the production teams in Israel, New York and London. The main studio in Israel could speak directly with New York camera operators and technicians, and give cues to hosts through their IEMs.

Our New York crew also used a local intercom for camera, video and audio coordination. Incoming feeds from Israel and London were routed into the New York production and displayed on the LED wall when required.

Result

Five live days from one connected New York studio

For a full week, part of an active Manhattan office operated as a professional broadcast studio. The New York team contributed live programming throughout five consecutive days as an integrated part of monday.com’s global annual event.

Video, audio, lighting, LED, cameras, teleprompter and communications worked as one system across three cities.
